Timothy Parker
Vice President, General Counsel
Timothy (Tim) J. Parker serves as Vice President, General Counsel for Island Energy and has 30 years’ experience providing legal advice and support to independent downstream and integrated oil companies in their refining, logistics, commercial and marketing businesses.
Prior to joining Island Energy, Parker served ConocoPhilips and Phillips 66 as Managing Counsel, providing legal support for the Europe and Americas downstream and commercial businesses. He also served as Senior Counsel for Tosco Corporation, Phillips Petroleum Company, and PBF Energy. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey and his Juris Doctor degree from the Fordham University School of Law.
